The answer to the question is to check the requirements for the Free Link Checker software and make sure that the .NET Framework is installed on the computer. If the .NET Framework is not installed, it can be downloaded and installed from Microsoft's website.
I've been reviewing your site and have the following questions on the service.
For this service, can I provide an Excel file as the input for the checker?
Is it possible that only the link provided on the spreadsheet can be checked to determine that the link itself is still active and does not return 301, 302, 307, 308, 400, 401, 403, 404, 410 error codes with no further traversing of the site from that link to check links in the header, footer, navigation or elsewhere on the page? We're only interested in the link itself.
If we can't upload an excel file of links, is there a page where multiple links can be pasted into your site and, if so, is there a limit?
